Description

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for construction project management services. The contractor will provide expert technical advice and consultation in construction management, contract administration, inspection, project management, and other related engineering and management services for the Salton Sea Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Design-Build Project at the New River. The contract term is estimated from September 21, 2026, through September 20, 2029, with options for up to two one-year amendments. The estimated contract value ranges from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
