The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals for janitorial services at the Hartland Landfill. The CRD reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part and may award additional follow-on work without further competition. Proposals will be evaluated to select a preferred proponent for contract negotiation. A contract is not guaranteed to result from this RFP.
