Description

This solicitation is an open procedure for the management of the ecocentre of the MRC de Drummond, including the collection, transport, valorization, and/or treatment of residual materials deposited at the ecocentre. The procurement is divided into three independent lots: Lot 1 for ecocentre management including three mandatory options, Lot 2 for collection, transport, valorization, and/or elimination of residual materials deposited by citizens, and Lot 3 for transport and recycling of mattresses and box springs. Bidders may submit proposals for one, two, or all three lots. Contracts have a duration of three years with two one-year renewal options, with automatic extension unless otherwise notified.
