Description

McMaster University is seeking qualified Construction Management firms to be prequalified for the construction management of the new Wilson College of Leadership and Civic Engagement building. The selected Construction Manager will oversee full project execution including scheduling, site supervision, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance. The project will be delivered under a stipulated price contract (CCDC-5B – 2025) with McMaster University. Bidding documents are available through MERX, and all proponents must obtain the RFSQ from MERX to be eligible.
