Description

The Town of Amherst (TOA) is seeking external two-person Powerline Technician (PLT) crews with material handling capability to support the phased transition of its electrical distribution system from 4/12kV to 25kV operation. The work includes live-line support, transformer change-outs, and associated utility line work to safely execute the conversion program. Respondents must provide labor, equipment, standby, call-out, and night work rates, along with safety qualifications and compliance with TOA's Code of Practice.
