Witset First Nation invites qualified General Contractors to submit a quotation for the construction of a new Youth Centre serving the Witset community. The facility will provide culturally meaningful programming space, recreational amenities, and social services for local youth. The contractor will construct the project to a weather-tight lock-up, including foundations, framing, roofing, exterior envelope systems, windows, exterior doors, and siding. The contractor will also oversee construction coordination and supervision of all remaining subcontracted work through substantial completion and occupancy. Alternatively, bidders may submit a full-scope bid to perform the entire scope of work, including all subtrade scopes, under a single contract.
