The Town of Arborg on behalf of Arborg Bifrost Recreation is soliciting proposals for the design and build replacement of the existing refrigeration ice plant at the Arborg & District Arena in Arborg, Manitoba. The contract includes de-commissioning, removal, and replacement of the ice plant, as well as provision of all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and services necessary for installation, start-up, and commissioning. Bidders are also invited to provide a quotation for a temporary ice plant if needed. The refrigeration contractor will act as the primary/general contractor responsible for overall project completion and subcontracting as required.
