Description

This Invitation to Tender is issued by the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority for a General Contractor to perform all general construction work for the Sechelt Hospital Fluoroscopy Room Renovation. The work includes demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications to prepare the room for fluoroscopy equipment replacement, as well as constructing a support equipment enclosure. The existing equipment removal and installation will be handled separately by Siemens, with the contractor responsible for coordination and readiness of the room. The project area is approximately 39.32 m² with an additional 2.5 m² enclosure on Level 0.
