Le CHUSJ souhaite attribuer, en gré à gré, un contrat d’acquisition d’un appareil de monitorage de l’intégrité des nerfs, d’un contrat de service d’une durée de 5 ans pour l’entretien complet de l’équipement, ainsi que d’un contrat de consommables sur 5 ans. Ces systèmes permettent la surveillance continue et en temps réel de l’intégrité fonctionnelle du système nerveux durant l’intervention chirurgicale. L’objectif principal est de réduire le risque de lésions neurologiques en fournissant un retour d’information immédiat et fiable à l’équipe chirurgicale pour préserver les structures nerveuses.
