Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The Government intends to award a Single award task order contract and, concurrently, an initial delivery order under the SATOC.The objective of this contract is to procure technical support services for the Army Utilities Program (AUP) including technical assistance facilitating utility system evaluations, conducting analysis to evaluate alternatives to upgrade Army-owned systems, and providing Utility Privatization (UP) program technical support. The Contractor shall provide technical support services for the Army Energy Program including the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) and related programs; including engineering analysis of ESPC/UESC proposals, facilitating ESPC/UESC project program evaluations, conducting analysis to evaluate alternatives to upgrade Army energy infrastructure, evaluation of Installation Energy and Water Plans (IEWPs) and providing ESPC and UESC program technical support.
