Description
UNT Health is seeking to expand academic programs at the UNT Frisco Inspire Park campus. To accommodate this expansion, renovations to UNT Inspire Park will be performed. This will be a phased project with the initial phase providing 20,000 square feet of general academic classrooms, specialized class laboratories, and associated support spaces for Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM), Nursing, and other future programs including a teaching anatomy lab and simulation center. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
