The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Long Range Systems Division, is conducting market research for the future development and production of advanced missile systems. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Materiel Command - Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) - Long Range Systems Division (AFLCMC/EBJ) - Products/Services Requested: - Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Lots 27-31 - Includes missile hardware, software, telemetry kits, simulators, technical data, sustainment, repair, and related support - Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Lots 13-17 - Includes missile hardware, software, telemetry kits, simulators, technical data, sustainment, repair, and related support - Sustainment and support services for both missile systems - Program management, engineering, logistics, test support, upgrades, repair infrastructure, demilitarization/disposal, and administrative support - OEMs: - No specific OEMs are named, but Lockheed Martin is the incumbent and primary OEM for both JASSM and LRASM - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have mature technical solutions and production resources for both missile systems - No foreign participation is allowed - Includes both hardware and extensive lifecycle support (sustainment, upgrades, repair, and technical data) - Responses are requested via white papers - Quantities and part numbers are not specified in the announcement

The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to identify qualified vendors with mature technical solutions and resources to develop and produce Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) (Lots 27-31) and Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) (Lots 13-17).
