Description
This solicitation is for a Master Agreement to perform Cable Television (CATV) System Infrastructure Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at various locations statewide. The contractor will provide services including preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, testing, and certification of CDCR equipment as specified. Compensation will be based on rates specified in the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet, covering all labor, materials, transportation, permits, and other necessary expenses. Bidders are not required to bid on all locations but must provide rates for all items within any location they bid on. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 16, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
