This opportunity is for vendors to supply a heavy-duty mobile column vehicle lift system to the U.S. Government for delivery to Fort Hood, TX. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Government (specific agency not named in attachments) - Delivery location: Fort Hood, TX - OEMs and Vendors: - American Patriot Sales & Service (referenced as source of part number) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - Mobile Column Vehicle Lift system - Part Number: AP1001321 or equal - Quantity: 8 units - Each system includes eight mobile lifting columns - Each column must have a minimum 19,000-pound lifting capacity - Suitable for heavy-duty trucks and buses - Features required: - Cordless rechargeable battery operation - Synchronized lifting - Mechanical safety locks - Overload protection - Emergency stop controls - ANSI/ALI-ALCTV certification - Manufacturer must be ISO9001 certified - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equivalent products are allowed if they meet or exceed the specified features and certifications - Compliance with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling for shipments - Vendors must be able to receive Purchase Orders electronically (EDI or OMS Vendor Portal) - All required forms, including MIL-STD-129 certification, must be submitted for consideration

Description

The General Services Administration, Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for P/N: AP1001321 or equal, eight column vehicle lift. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal.

Delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipment must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Shipments may be shipped through consolidation points, for ultimate OCONUS consignee. MIL-STD-129 must be adhered to prevent frustrated shipments. See the RFQ for delivery city and zip code, however, full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders.

Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis with the vendor’s best delivery lead time. 

If any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank or if the completion of required clauses and provision fill-ins are not made (as applicable), further consideration for award will not be made.
