The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts for fuel management systems at the New Embassy Compound. These parts support preventive maintenance and operational reliability of critical infrastructure.

All items must be brand new, OEM parts matching specific part numbers and models that will be detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). No substitutions will be accepted.

SAM.GOV REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
