Description

The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) is seeking a solution for the receipt, generation, distribution, and secure storage of high school equivalency records, transcripts, and credentials. The solicitation aims to find a vendor to provide these services, including customer service and assistance to record holders and requesters, daily data transfers from PDE's approved publishers, data transfer to PDE upon request, statistical reporting, real-time database authorization for PDE staff, and communication regarding irregularities. The vendor will maintain the centralized and legal storage of all PDE high school equivalency assessment test data from 1942 to the present and will be the exclusive provider of document fulfillment for PDE for all publishers. The contract duration is 5 years, starting August 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031.
