The 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group (PMXG) at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking to procure a specialized Desiccant Machine for F107 engine maintenance and testing. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 76th PMXG, Tinker Air Force Base - Product Requested: - Desiccant Machine (P26-005) - Quantity: 1 - For vacuum and pressure testing on F107 engine - Must support pressure adjustment to 27.7 +/- 0.3 inches of H2O - Flow rate detection as low as 0.010 scfm (vacuum) and 0.045 scfm (pressure) - Operates on 110V AC with safety grounding and emergency shutoff - Includes calibration and communication/data acquisition ports - Simple operator interface with Vacuum Test and Pressure Test modes - Specific hose connections and fittings for integration with existing setups - Deliverables: operator manual, calibration procedure, wiring/pneumatic diagrams, training materials - Services Required: - Delivery, installation, and performance verification of the Desiccant Machine - Onsite demonstration and functional check with government personnel - Acceptance testing not to exceed one day - Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to environmental, safety, and operational protocols - All work to be performed Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, excluding federal holidays and base closures - Delivery, installation, and verification to be completed within 10 business days of delivery - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - All technical and integration requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work
