This is a Request for Quote for the six (6) Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and prolonged field care (PFC) training mannequins and accessories, Carbon Man specifications or equal. Quoters may submit alternate brands and models of training mannequins and accessories. See attached price list for line items and or equal specifications. See the RFQ and attachments for details.
