This solicitation is for professional services to prepare the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Food and Forestry Services (OFAFF) to effectively seek Fire Management Assistance Grants (FMAG) from FEMA. The contract aims to establish mechanisms to accurately track agency and support agency costs related to catastrophic wildfires in Oklahoma. The supplier will review current fire report processes, facilitate meetings, provide guidance on agency forms, and educate personnel on FMAG implementation and reimbursements.
