Description
McHenry County is soliciting proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide interior General Trades work at 400 Russel Court, Woodstock, IL. The work includes selective demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywalling, painting, acoustical ceilings, relocation of electric and diffusers, and door/hardware installations. The project will be managed by the Facilities Management, Procurement Division and will be executed via a Master Services Agreement with individual Task Orders. The project is multiphase, starting on or about August 3, 2026, and must be completed by December 14, 2026.
