Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), part of the U.S. Navy, is seeking on-site evaluation and repair services for two GM Enterprises Vacuum Furnaces (Model HVF301XB) at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), Chief of Staff office - OEM Highlight: - GM Enterprises is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the HVF301XB vacuum furnaces - Products/Services Requested: - On-site diagnostic evaluation of two GM Enterprises Furnace HVF301XB units (Serial Numbers 1-2681-B and 1-2681-C) - Comprehensive repair services to restore both furnaces to operational status - All travel expenses for evaluation and repair must be included - Deliverables include detailed evaluation reports and firm-fixed-price repair quotes - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have at least five years of experience with high-vacuum furnaces - Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools and transportation - Services must be performed on-site at MCAS Cherry Point - No new equipment or replacement parts are specified at this stage; focus is on evaluation and repair - Period of Performance: - Evaluation within 60 business days of award - Deliverables within 30 business days after evaluation - Repairs within 180 days of government exercise of repair option

REQUEST FOR QUOTE

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, intends to procure the on-site evaluation and repair of the GM ENTERPRISES FURNACE HVF301XB Ser # 1-2681-B and Ser#1-2681-C located in Building 4225 of FRCE.

Please see N6852026Q1013 Solicitation attached to this notice for the full requirement description. Please submit all questions via e-mail to jeffrey.t.smith6.civ@us.navy.mil. All questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time, 24 June 2026. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt in accordance with above. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government. Responses to questions will be posted as an update to this announcement via this website. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor this announcement for further information.
