Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Kinex Arena Lifecycle Repairs. The Construction Manager will collaborate with the Owner and consultant team during the Pre-Construction Phase to assist with budgeting, constructability, document review, and phasing of the repair work. The CM will provide budget pricing with major subtrades to a Class ‘A’ level estimate approaching pre-tender accuracy. Upon agreement, the CM will be engaged to implement and fulfill the construction as Construction Manager/General Contractor.
