Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, intends to issue a Request for Standing Offer for on-demand operational and emergency repair services for ammonia refrigeration systems at Canadian Forces Base Halifax, Nova Scotia. The work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to carry out repairs and maintenance for ammonia refrigeration plants and associated equipment. The standing offer will have an initial one-year period with option periods and work will be performed on an as-requested basis at various DND recreational facilities in the Halifax region.
