The Province of Alberta is seeking services for one medium helicopter equipped with personnel and fire-line equipment hoisting capability for wildfire suppression. Acceptable helicopter models include Bell 212DF, Bell 412 EP, Bell 412 Epi, among others, for a contract duration of years 1-5 with possible extensions. The helicopter will be positioned throughout Alberta and may be exported outside the province. The contract guarantees 100 days in year 1 and 130 days for years 2-5, with potential for two additional one-year extensions.
