Description

The USDA Forest Service, Allegheny National Forest, intends to procure broadcast herbicide application services for designated understory vegetation within the Bradford and Marienville Ranger Districts. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, herbicides, transportation, and licensed personnel necessary to perform ground‑based, high‑volume spraying in full compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and performance requirements.

Operations must follow all specified application rates, buffer zones, climatic limitations, on‑site inspection protocols, and record‑keeping standards. Payment will be based on acres acceptably treated and quantities of chemical applied as outlined in the Statement of Work.
