The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide septic collection and vault toilet pumping services for the South Zone of the Tonto National Forest, covering the Cave Creek, Globe, and Mesa Ranger Districts. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Tonto National Forest South Zone - Scope of Work: - Pumping and removal of septic refuse from vault toilets and lift stations at recreation sites - Services include debris removal, cleaning, disinfecting, and proper off-site disposal of waste - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment (leak-proof), supplies, permits, and licenses - Service is required Monday through Thursday, on an as-needed basis, with a 14-day response time - Status reports documenting any issues must be submitted within 24 hours of service - Quantities and Locations: - Up to 120 vault pumps per contract period (18 for Cave Creek, 10 for Globe, 92 for Mesa) per year, for up to five years (base plus four option years) - Each vault has a capacity of 1,000 gallons (2,000 gallons for double vaults) - Contract Details: - Small business set-aside under NAICS 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services) - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $450,000 ceiling and $500 guaranteed minimum - Pricing is per 1,000 gallons pumped - Unique Requirements: - Equipment must prevent leaks during transport - Waste disposal must comply with all laws and occur off Forest Service land - Evaluation based on technical capability, price, and past performance - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are mentioned; the opportunity is service-focused

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LQ26Q0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Tonto NF SZ Vault Toilet Pumping Services. Contractor will provide septic collection services. Contractor will provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to collect, load, haul and dump septic refuse from recreation sites along with other services provided in the Statement of Work.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services  The small business size standard is $9.0 million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Contract ceiling: $450,000.00

Guaranteed minimum: $500.00
