Description

This solicitation is for the supply and application of soil stabilizer and granular seal coat on Range Road 2212 from Dewdney Avenue to Railway Tracks, covering a total distance of 2.56 km. The work includes ripping the road surface approximately 8 inches, mixing the existing pavement into the subgrade, supplying and installing soil stabilizer into the 8-inch subgrade, re-laying and compacting the material to 100% density, placing gravel supplied by the owner, sampling and testing for moisture and density, and supplying and installing the granular seal coat. Bids must be submitted by June 25, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST to the Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
