Description

This solicitation is for the supply and application of soil stabilizer and granular seal coat on Tower Road and Inland Drive, covering a total distance of 4.58 km. The work includes ripping the road surface to a depth of 200mm (8 inches), supplying and installing soil stabilizer into the subgrade, re-laying and compacting the material to 100% density, placing gravel supplied by the owner, sampling and testing for moisture and density, and supplying and installing the granular seal coat. The project requires necessary equipment and manpower to complete the installation. Bids must be submitted by June 25, 2026, to the Rural Municipality of Sherwood No. 159 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
