The Resort Village of Candle Lake is seeking a contractor to develop the operational framework for its Volunteers Supporting Aging in Place Initiative. - Government buyer: Resort Village of Candle Lake - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Requested services: - Design and preparation of foundational operational systems for a community initiative supporting older adults aging safely and independently - Development of policy and procedure manuals, standard operating procedures, forms, templates, and workflows - Creation of volunteer intake and training systems, scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance procedures - Program evaluation and reporting tools - Integration planning with Better Impact volunteer management software - Estimated level of effort: 300-400 hours over approximately six months - Preferred experience: - Program development, volunteer management, community or health-based service delivery - Policy and procedure development, non-profit or municipal operations, and quality assurance - Experience with rural communities, aging-in-place initiatives, or volunteer-supported service models is considered an asset

The Resort Village of Candle Lake is seeking qualified individuals, consultants, or firms to develop the operational framework for the Volunteers Supporting Aging in Place Initiative. This community initiative aims to support older adults aging safely and independently through transportation supports, navigation and community connection services, and in-home and community supports. The selected contractor will design and prepare foundational operational systems, including policy manuals, procedures, volunteer management, and program evaluation tools. The assignment is estimated to require 300-400 hours over approximately six months.
