Description
The Resort Village of Candle Lake is seeking qualified individuals, consultants, or firms to develop the operational framework for the Volunteers Supporting Aging in Place Initiative. This community initiative aims to support older adults aging safely and independently through transportation supports, navigation and community connection services, and in-home and community supports. The selected contractor will design and prepare foundational operational systems, including policy manuals, procedures, volunteer management, and program evaluation tools. The assignment is estimated to require 300-400 hours over approximately six months.
