Description
The Resort Village of Candle Lake, in partnership with the Candle Lake Health Services Committee, is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Program Coordinator to support the Volunteers Supporting Aging in Place Initiative. This community health project aims to help older adults and vulnerable residents remain independent and engaged by coordinating volunteer-based supports such as transportation, community navigation, social connections, and wellness services. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for volunteer recruitment, service coordination, community engagement, and program administration. The engagement is approximately 12-15 hours per week for an initial one-year period, with possible extension based on funding.
