Description

This solicitation is for the construction of a parking lot including permeable pavers and drainage system, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, concrete curbs and stairs, lighting, electrical systems, planting, and installation of site amenities. Site preparation will include building demolition, selective building demolition, clearing, earthwork, and grading. Bids must be submitted in hard copy as electronic submissions are not permitted. The project is managed by the City of Raleigh and bids are due by July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
