Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract for professional engineering services for the Rt. 33 Widening Project. The project involves widening Rt. 33 by approximately 1.3 miles from 2 to 4 lanes between Winns Church Rd and the existing 4-lane section near the Henrico County line. The contract is phased to include preliminary engineering, utility coordination and relocation, right-of-way acquisition, final construction plans, and construction phase services.
