Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to perform complete janitorial services in approximately 2400 sq. ft. of main office space at the DNR Backus Forestry Area Office and approximately 600 sq. ft. of main office space at the DNR Washburn Lake Forestry Office. Duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows, and walls. The Backus office requires weekly cleaning (52 cleanings per year) and the Washburn Lake office requires monthly cleaning (12 cleanings per year). All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting all specifications and terms.
