Description

The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and select a qualified vendor to develop a regional freight plan for the WestCOG Region. The consultant is requested to review studies and plans relevant to freight movement already prepared by other governmental and industry sources. The RFQ is open to all vendors and involves engineering and transportation services related to urban transport networks, civil engineering, urban design, highway and railway engineering, and transportation services.
