Description

The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to provide contract prosecutorial services. The services include prosecuting city ordinances, representing the city in circuit court, conducting pre-trials, reviewing motions, communicating with city staff and officials, and handling approximately 2,200 cases annually. The selected prosecutor will operate as an independent contractor licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and will not be considered an employee of the city.
