The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Public and Indian Housing, is issuing a public notice to modify a Privacy Act system of records titled Enterprise Income Verification (EIV). The modifications include reinstating two routine uses previously removed in error, updating the system manager and agency contact, updating authority and record source categories, and implementing system updates such as a new Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Report and replacing the Income Discrepancy Report with the Income Validation Tool (IVT).
