Description

The City of Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals for annual HVAC services for all Leisure Services Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment at various Parks and Recreation Department facilities. The scope includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC services at the Gallatin Civic Center, Gallatin Municipal Park, Triple Creek Park, and Clearview Park Community Building. The contract term is one year with a three-year renewal option exercisable by the City. A mandatory tour of the facilities is required for vendors wishing to submit proposals.
