Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from Mexico. The period of investigation is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The investigation covers van-type trailers with a gross vehicle weight rating of greater than 26,000 pounds and various subassemblies and components thereof. The final determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination for the same products from Mexico.
