Description
The United States International Trade Commission has scheduled full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on forged steel fittings from India and the antidumping duty orders on forged steel fittings from India and South Korea would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has exercised its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days. The reviews involve investigation numbers 701-TA-631 and 731-TA-1463-1464. The Commission will hold an in-person hearing and accept written submissions as part of the review process.
