Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China. The investigation period is from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The scope includes finished and unfinished van-type trailers and subassemblies, regardless of assembly status, with a gross vehicle weight rating over 26,000 pounds. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The final determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination scheduled for no later than August 24, 2026.
