• The procurement is managed by the Operational Logistics Command-LOGCOM, Regional Contracting East (LOG-95), with a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods (total potential duration: 5 years).
• Services requested include:
  • Seasonal readiness/preparation
  • Snow clearing for paved roads, driveways, parking lots, and Cadet Memorial Field (up to 6 inches per event, and additional per-inch pricing for snow over 6 inches)
  • As-needed snow hauling and off-site disposal
  • Mobilization and continuous clearing during precipitation, with post-storm cleanup
  • Special care for synthetic turf at Cadet Memorial Field
• Estimated annual quantities include 1 seasonal readiness fee, 8 snow clearing events (up to 6 inches), 30 per-inch overage events, 3 Cadet Memorial Field clearings (up to 6 inches), 20 per-inch overage events at the field, and 10 truckloads for additional snow hauling.
• Contractor must provide qualified personnel (project manager, on-site supervisor), maintain equipment ownership/control, and follow detailed checklists for priority areas (e.g., Child Development Center, Deshon St Gate, Flagpole parking, loading docks, housing, railroad crossings, boiler plant, access gates).
• The government supplies road salt; contractor is responsible for all equipment and labor.
• No specific OEMs or equipment brands are mandated; the solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 561730.
