This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for "as and when required" soil hauling, testing, and disposal services. The procurement is managed by the City of Coquitlam and follows the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Agreement. Proposals must be submitted by June 11, 2026, and questions can be directed to the Procurement Manager.
