Description

The City of Penticton is soliciting proposals for the supply, implementation, and support of a new Records Management System (RMS) software for its Bylaw operations. The software must support detailed labeling and tracking of calls and responses, dynamic reporting, complex relational tracking, modern data connections including APIs, mobile compatibility, and integration with the City's Geographic Information System (GIS). Full system requirements are detailed in the Scope of Services Attachment A – Core Functional Requirements. Proposals must be submitted via the City's procurement portal by July 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to accept the most favorable proposal.
