Description
This is a grant opportunity issued by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State. The project aims to combat forced child recruitment by Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) in Colombia. The recipient will train, advise, and assist Colombian law enforcement and judicial bodies to investigate, arrest, and prosecute recruiters exploiting children under 18 years old. The project focuses on criminal justice responses to reduce illegal armed groups' capabilities and protect U.S. national security.
