Description
The Mesquite Independent School District is accepting proposals to establish a contract for various types of instructional materials and classroom teaching supplies, career and technical education (CTE) equipment and services. The solicitation requests pricing and discounts off catalog or price lists for supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as an hourly not-to-exceed rate for labor if applicable. Awards will be made to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation period, which runs until May 31, 2031. The contract term commences upon award and may be renewed annually, not extending beyond May 31, 2031. Federal funds may be used, and all submissions must comply with CFR Part 200 procurement standards.
