Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified respondents to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services for youth aged 12 to 17 at risk of out-of-home placement due to antisocial or delinquent behaviors or involvement with the juvenile justice system. The MST program targets chronic, violent, and/or substance-abusing juveniles at high risk of or returning from out-of-home placement and their families. Services will be provided for the Seventh Judicial District, including Scott, Muscatine, Cedar, Clinton, and Jackson counties, with a single vendor serving the entire district. The program involves ecological assessments and 24/7 availability of master's level therapists to meet client needs over an average duration of three to five months.
