The University of New Mexico (UNM) is requesting proposals to establish an indefinite quantity price agreement for abatement and remediation services for UNM properties containing asbestos, lead paint, and/or mold. The intent is to select up to five contractors to perform these services. Awardees will have the opportunity to market the resultant price agreement to other local public bodies and state agencies under the State of New Mexico Public Purchases and Property Act. The agreements will be established in accordance with NMSA 13-1-150, as amended.
