Description
The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Metroparks Toledo) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide a District Wide Facility Condition Assessment. The assessment aims to identify major building systems and components, determine their approximate remaining useful service life, and develop budgetary cost estimates for replacements. The scope includes on-site data collection, budgetary projection expertise, formatted assessment reports, and data integration into Metroparks' Computerized Maintenance Management System.
