The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Metroparks Toledo) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide a District Wide Facility Condition Assessment. The assessment aims to identify major building systems and components, determine their approximate remaining useful service life, and develop budgetary cost estimates for replacements.
