Description
Washington County Juvenile Department is seeking Family Navigator services to connect youth and their families with community resources, pro-social activities, and skill-building activities to support their family environment. These youth are under Juvenile Department supervision for delinquent behaviors and have various risk factors, needs, and barriers. Family Navigators will work closely with Juvenile Department staff to support youth and family success in case plan objectives and motivate youth in developing positive community connections.
