Description

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department, Power Delivery Division, is seeking bids from qualified printing vendors to provide as-needed printing, copying, assembly, and delivery services for circuit maps and related drawing packages. Services may include printing or copying maps and drawings, three-hole punching, inserting divider sheets, collating and assembling document sets, rolling drawings, securing rolled drawings with rubber bands, inserting drawing sets into PWP-provided hanging folder clamps, and delivering completed orders to designated PWP locations. The contract will be established for up to three years, with actual order quantities varying based on City needs.
